Dan Burtnett came to our organization when there was a lot of personnel transitions. The CEO, CFO and Controller were all new to the organization. The Director of PFS position had been vacant for almost a year and the staff was continually turning over.
Dan assessed our needs and proposed several solutions for us. One solution was for him to provide Management of our PFS department. We decided on this option and were never disappointed in our choice. He immediately took charge and exhibited confidence and expertise to the staff indicating that the enormous task could be accomplished. During his stewardship the A/R Days decreased from 85 to 55 and the staffing was stabilized.
